Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.

During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after shipment.


Shipping Carriers

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

CamoToe is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please:

While we will assist where possible, CamoToe is not liable for carrier-related delays or lost packages once marked delivered.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes imposed by their country

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.
