Refund policy

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our product, opened or used items cannot be returned, nor items returned after 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days for replacement or refund at no cost. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless CamoToe made an error. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. We do not offer direct exchanges - return eligible items and place a new order.
