Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If so, we'll communicate clearly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items with broken seals
  • Final sale or promotional items

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@camotoe.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Other Policies

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
