During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If so, we’ll communicate clearly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping options may be added in the future.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items with broken seals

  • Final sale or promotional items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
